Do you have managerial experience within Agriculture? Have you worked on a breeder farm previously? We are looking for a Relief Farm Manager to support our successful breeder rearing farms across Herefordshire.

Purpose of the role
You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing success of our chicken rearing farms across Herefordshire. Your main responsibility will be a hands on support function for the farms, including the wellbeing, safety and performance of the livestock. Ensuring the environment is kept safe and maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the optimum environment for birds, ensuring the high standards for welfare and biosecurity are upheld.
Supervising staff and third parties carrying out duties on site, ensuring adherence to farm procedures.
Keeping and updating accurate financial and legislation records.
Ensuring site maintenance and company standards are met and completed.What we are looking for:
Previous livestock experience.
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail, especially for manual and computer record keeping. A little bit about us:
