Design Manager
Are you a Design Manager looking to add value to a Tier 1 Contractor
Contract Type - Freelance
Location - Canterbury, Kent
Rate: £350 - £400 Per day dependent on experience

Client: An award winning, established contractor founded over 20 Years ago. Current projects
consisting of Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Educational up to £150M throughout London & the Home Counties.

Projects: Current projects consist of Education, Residential and Healthcare in Kent with exciting
bespoke projects due to start imminently.

Position: Seeking a Design Manager to be based out of the Kent head office to assist with tender applications and on site schemes.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Design Manager working for a Main Contractor
Project experience in Education/ Healthcare & commercial is ideal
SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS is essential
Highly Organised
Good problem solvers
Work well under pressure
