We are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Rotherham. My client has been busier than ever throughout 2020 and expect this to continue right into 2021. Their product is recession proof and they have the budget to expand again. We're looking for an Engineering Supervisor with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role is fast paced and rewarding.
The Person:
* 5 Years experience leading a team.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* NVQ Level 3 trained.
The Role:
* Setting up PPM's and work schedules.
* Managing of shifts ensuring all breakdowns are attended swiftly and problems are rectified.
* Handling of contractor work sheets.
* Maintenance of all plant machinery electrically and mechanically.
* Mentoring apprentices.
* Reporting into the Maintenance Manager.
This role is working a 4 on 4 off patter and is paying £40,000 - £44,000 dependent on experience.
