Job Details

Do you focus on Quality? This Tier 1 Main Contractor is looking for a Quality Administrator to help dot the I's and cross the T's! You will be required to quality check documentation on receipt prior to uploading it to the Clients EDM system. Based in Central London.

This role is starting ASAP. This is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract position.

Working hours are 08:00 - 17:00

This position is paying £200 to 25umb/ltd.

Great team, culture and working environment Quality Administrator role and responsibilities:

Implementation and verification of a self-certification system.
Understand which documents are to be delivered to the client and which documents are to be maintained by company
Develop and manage the Deliverable and Contractor Records schedule
Develop a Work Breakdown structure (hierarchical chart) in line with the Client requirements
Liaise with the Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering and Temporary Works Manager(s) on a daily basis to ensure collation of all documentation is progressive
Liaise with the functional leaders (design, environmental, H&S, planning, package managers, procurement) on a daily basis to ensure collation of all documentation is progressive
Collate and quality check documentation on receipt and prior to uploading onto the Clients Electronic Document Management (EDMS) system (where applicable)
Provide a schedule of outstanding works
Complete the Sub-construction and Construction certificates and submit to the client for acceptance
Ensure all documentation has been signed and authorised by personnel listed on the Authorised Signatures List
Provide a weekly performance report to be discussed with the project team and Client
Provide a 4 weekly summary report on performance for inclusion in the 4 weekly report
Carry out training to all personnel who need to provide deliverable or contractor documents
Ensure there is traceability of materials from Suppliers and Subcontractors where applicable
Carry out a final verification of any deviations from tolerances or specifications.
Other general administrative duties as required Quality Administrator requirements:

Experience quality checking documents
Have an understanding of construction documentation
Used at least one document control system (e.g. BIW, Aconex, Asite, 4Projects)
Must be a self-starter able to use own initiative
Have at least three years construction background
