A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting an SME Finance Manager to join close knit their team.
Description
As an SME Finance Manager, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for the production of monthly management accounts and accompanying analysis.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: management accounts production; fixed asset maintenance; balance sheet reconciliations; budgeting and forecasting; assist with year end accounts preparation; payroll processing; periodic analysis.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a Management Accounts role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Sageline 50 - Essential
- Have recent knowledge of working in the property sector - Highly Beneficial
