As a Residential Support Worker the key areas of the role are; supporting young people in education; encouraging them to attend local clubs and activities; ensuring all health needs are met; helping them develop skills for independent living; building resilience; increasing self-esteem; and equipping them with the knowledge and ability to keep themselves safe.
