Job Details

Have you got experience of cost controlling on civil engineering projects? This is an opportunity to work for a specialist contractor on a long term project, flexible/remote working will be an option but you must also drive and be able to visit offices within Buckinghamshire.

This is a permanent position paying circa £30,000 + company benefits (depending on experience)

Project Controls Responsibilities:

Maintain overall project cost and projections
Monitor and validate budget cost and performance against previous reports
Responsible for Earned Value Analysis
Auditing Subcontractor project controls procedures
Collating monthly progress reports
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Collating information on performance and programme processes
Understanding subcontractor progress updates
Work closely with the QS and Planner to collate data Project Controls Experience required:

Essential:

Proven experience in a similar role
Past experience in commercial, cost control, accounts / project controls environment
Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
Full driving licence Desirable:

Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
Systems: E-Vision
