Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an award winning business based in Chester. As a Business Development Manager you will be an overachiever, target driven individual with excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic sales opportunity with an uncapped commission structure.

Our client is a market leader within the telecommunication industry and service clients across the whole of the UK. They are going through a huge period of growth and looking for a Business developer who wants to grow along with the business.
Description
The main duties of the role will include but not limited to :
Identification of new potential clients whilst developing and closing existing sales opportunities.
Manage own pipeline of leads and prospect potential clients to qualified appointments
Managing and resolving any customer queries in a timely manner
Follow the sales development process to deliver results as effectively and efficiently as possible
Selling the services of the company over the phone or through video meetings
Build strong relationships with key decision makers increasing repeat businessProfile
The successful candidate will have the following :
Must have a solid sales background within telecoms
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
Have a natural passion for the telecommunication industry
Experience in handling on the spot customer objections
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Highly motivated and target driven

On offer for the successful candidate is a salary of £23-25k plus commission + car allownace+ laptop
