Excellent role on offer for an experienced Engineer looking to join a Market Leading company where you will be regarded as the Technical Specialist and play a key part in the Manufacturing process.
Do you have experience in a Technical or Quality Management role? Do you have experience with managing projects/products through the Manufacturing process? Are you looking for a position where you will be heavily involved in day to day operations of a Market leading company?
This Market leading company are widely regarded as a leading force in their specialist industry. Predominantly specialising in the Manufacture of Be-spoke equipment for a range of clients, this company have gone from strength to strength. Due to this expansion, they are actively looking to recruit a Technical Manager to support this growth.
In this role you will manage small, international teams to ensure the manufacture and compliance of a high quality, product range.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience/ knowledge with managing mutli-national teams and bringing a product to market. You will ideally have experience in a similar position and looking to join a market leading company who will offer excellent development.
The Role-
Oversee quality of products being Manufactured
Being hands on to be able to help any shop floor staff
Leading teams in UK and internationally
Manage the teams time and workload
34'000- £37'000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Candidate-
Must have experience within a Manufacturing industry
Technical Manager, Quality Manager or Engineering Team Leader experience
Willing to commute from anywhere in Hampshire
