As part of the collections team, your role will be to reach out to clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices, mainly focusing on the German market (fluency in spoken and written English German essential). FinTech / Financial services firm in London specialising in Payment solutions.

Description
Working as part of a team of Collections Specialists, you role will include:
Inbound and outbound telephone calls, letters and emails to contact clients / customers providing high levels of customer service and relationship building skills
Negotiating, implementing and monitoring feasible repayment solutions that take into account the client's circumstances while balancing the best interests of the business
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect collection attempts
Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and collection efforts
Locate and contact debtors about outstanding obligations
Compile reports on delinquent accounts and report missed payments to credit agencies
Working to specific targets to reach tangible and achievable results Profile
You MUST be fluent in German and English both verbal and written - this is ESSENTIAL
Previous roles will have been in Credit Control or Collections or Customer Service
Proven communication and negotiation skills primarily by telephone
Results oriented and positive approach
Organisational skills
