Job Title: Director of Finance & Operations
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000
Location: Leeds
Sector: Charity & Not for Profit
One of our city's best loved charities are in need of a strategic finance leader to help them keep supporting our community for years to come and to help them run their finance, HR, IT & Facilities operations.
This is a highly strategic role and you'll essentially have to deliver, modernise & develop all aspects of their back of house functions to ensure the front end operations can be delivered to the highest of standards and squeeze every valuable penny of funding it utilised efficiently.
CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW qualified, with board level experience ideally from a charity or non for profit background can be considered for this role.
In return you will:
* Get exposure to board level and Head of department stakeholders
* Have commercial and strategic input and lead change projects
* You'll drive the agenda and be integral and part of their history for generations to come
Ideally you will:
* Be fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW
* Have extensive board level and strategy background
* Be an powerful business partner who can push back professionally to the CEO and other directors
