Interaction Recruitment are working with this growing business on the outskirts of Peterborough to recruit for a HR Administrator on a full time basis
This is an exciting time of growth for our client and as part of an ambitious growth strategy, they are looking to expand its commercial operations and recruit an experienced HR administrator.
The Role:-
To provide admin support for HR department
Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
Collate and administer all HR related documentation, such as employee contracts
Ensure the HR database is Updated regularly with compliant and on time information
Assist in the recruitment process
Liaise with any relevant external recruitment agencies as required
Arrange and administer interviews as required
Answering the telephone and forwarding onto the relevant person
Ordering office stationery supplies
Meet & Greet clients
Any other office duties as required
The Person:-
HR Administration experience is essential
Good attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Self motivated
What's on Offer:-
£21K PA
On-site parking
Monday - Friday working hours
