Part Time Bookkeeper

Interaction Accountancy and Finance are excited to be representing a growing local business in their search for an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a stable business, with an opportunity to progress in the future, based on the outskirts of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

You will be responsible for running all the day to day accounts for a number of group businesses, where responsibilities include:

Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Posting journals
Nominal ledger
Bank reconciliation
Credit Control
Petty cash
Reconciling company credit cards
Intracompany transaction
Assisting with Monthly/Annual accounts preparation
Adhoc reporting
Other duties as requied within the finance team
Applications are welcomed from individuals with the following skills and experience:

Ideally qualified to either AAT or ICB/IAB standard
Proven track record within a small business environment
IT Literate - ideally with experience of Sage Line 50 or Sage 200
Highly organised and able to work unsupervised

Initial interviews will take place remotely with subsequent interviews to be held in face to face in a Covid secure environment

This role is available for 3 days per week, with Monday working being essential, candidates looking for roles to work around school hours would also be considered.
