We are seeking a fluent, German-speaking, Customer Service Coordinator for a major UK business with locations across the UK.
This role will be based in and around Cannock, and essentially you will be responsible for customer service contact with customers within the automotive industry, primarily in Germany.
This position will be offered on a full-time, Fixed term basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-17:00
As a Customer Service Coordinator you key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact via telephone and email for customers in Germany
- Acting as the main point of contact for other partners and depots across Europe
- Resolving customer queries / complaints in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with hauliers that are organising collections, and solving any issues that arise
- Ensuring timely collections from sites with minimal disruption
To be a Customer Service Coordinator you will need:
- Fluent German language skills
- A proactive approach to work within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, successfully
- A knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry sector (Desired, not Essential)
The successful applicant for the position of Customer Service Coordinator will receive:
- £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
