Basic salary upto £22k with the chance to double this through commissions. OTE £30k+
Monday to Friday
Working on behalf of our growing Chorley based client, Adecco UK continues to recruit high calibre employees/graduates on behalf of an award-winning, established and secure business.
You will manage the high expectation of your client portfolio ensuring they are familiar with the vast telecoms products and services available.
You will grow your customer base through cross-selling a multitude of products and services, increase the revenue, and minimise client disappointment.
To proactively communicate with new and existing customers in regards to their current service, new products, and service improvement
Taking ownership to resolve problems within the business and identify when to escalate issues to your Sales Manager where necessary.
Managing your customer base encouraging them to renew their contracts and/or sell new products to them with little assistance from senior team members
Maintain knowledge of products and services, including features and benefits to discuss with clients, through self-study and completion of all mandatory product, skills, and services training
