Support Worker - Part Time
Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Support Worker on a permanent basis working for a reputable public sector organisation in Staffordshire.
Your new role
Your new role will be supporting individuals with complex needs such as possible substance misuse, mental health issues etc whoa are facing homelessness. You will be working closely with individuals to ensure they are signposted to relevant services, ensuring they sustain accommodation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar role and a good understanding of Housing, Benefits etc and be a fantastic communicator. Furthermore, as you will have your own case load of clients you will be expected to have a full clean driving license as some of this post will be community based. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need an Enhanced DBS. Please note this is a 22 hour week.
