BI Analyst/ Developer - £30,000 - £40,000 - Cambridge - PowerBI, Python, SQL, MySQL, ETL Tools, DWH, Agile
A fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, progressive SaaS organisation in Cambridge who are searching for a Business Intelligence developer. Ideally you will be a graduate or with 1/2 years experience in a similar role. You will be joining an established team to assist in the design and delivery of BI capabilities, to enable their clients to improve on the delivery of their operations and capabilities. This is a growth area for this highly successful company, who are becoming a market leader in their field.
They require a forward thinking, progressive individual to join and become an instant, integral part of the team. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and wants and build new and existing systems to continue their exciting growth. The right candidate will have a mathematical mindset, as well as understanding database systems, data manipulation and the generation of insight and information. The business uses cloud-based databases i.e. AWS and Azure
The Successful candidate will have an idea of some of the following:
-PowerBI experience
-Experience in writing and analysing data using SQL
-Data pipelines and ETL processes and tools
-Understanding of DWH
-MySQL, PostGres and Mongo data experience
-Agile experience
-Degree or related qualification in Technology, IT, Maths or equivalent
-Be able to work logically and systematically
-AWS services and tools
-Python
-SSIS, SSRS, SSAS,
-Knowledge of Predictive analytics, Machine Learning, Data Mining
