Fibre Manager
Maidenhead/ Bracknell
£50k - £60k + Package
My client a tier 1 main contractor is seeking a strong Fibre Manager to oversee the installation of telecoms FTTH (Fibre to the Home) infrastructure including cabling, splicing & Testing. This will include working closely with project teams to ensure that technical requirements are understood and met and that financial targets are achieved. The Fibre manager will mentor, develop the fibre co-ordinators and will establish and grow a directly employed Fibre installation capability.
Experience required:
Management experience in delivering private & affordable projects and managing a number of complex developments at once.
Management of costs.
Understanding of programming
Relevant Fibre and telecoms experience
Computer literate
Outstanding communication abilities.
This role will require regular travel between Ipswich, Slough & Swindon
