Job Details

A new opportunity has arisen for a Contract Surveyor to work for a well respected high-end developer based in Bournemouth.

You will be working on one off bespoke properties, managing up to three projects at a time.

My client is looking for someone with 5+years experience as a Contract Surveyor that has previously worked for a smaller house builder. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to work on all local projects and for a busy developer.

Salary up to £55,000

Requirements;

* Residential or contracting experience
* A degree in Quantity Surveying is desirable

Responsibilities;
* Tender pricing and take off
* Commercial management of projects
* Monthly valuation preparation
* Cost control of projects
* Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs
* Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers
