My client is looking for an all round Health & Safety support, which will include coordination, administration, diary management and some document control. They need someone who will be flexible and hard working, who can help support the management team.

Duties:

Maintaining the Hazard Observation portal; keeping the Group HSE Leader updated, using initiative to take actions where appropriate, flagging issues, co-ordinating tasks and responses, monitoring and 'following up' all actions to ensure completion
Monitor and manage the Group HSE Leaders diary and the other safety Team members
Extracting information and data from the HSE Dashboards to create and produce statistics or documentation as requested
Logging incidents, accidents and near misses; viewing near miss/accident reports and supporting colleagues as necessary with queries, reviewing responses, escalation and sending reminders in a timely manner
Collate the reports from incidents, accidents and near misses before uploading to the Company ECM system
Working collaboratively with document control to maintain HSE documentation and data to ensure they are reviewed and updated in line with procedures
Maintain the Company Training Matrix
Assist in the provision of training, including course arrangement, venue selection and preparation
Point of contact for the completion and professional response to HSE Questionnaires, PQQ's and tendering information
Either physically or via video platforms, attend, take and produce minutes and actions from the HSE committee and HSE team meetings
Distribute and collate responses on HSE communications, safety bulletins, safety moments and other associated campaigns
Collate records from various sources/departments (DSE, workplace inspections, Audits, risk assessments) and store appropriately
Raising purchase orders where necessary on HSE related items and services
The role holder's duties may not be limited to the above duties as the above holder may be required to perform additional duties in line with business needs/competency
