Warehouse Operative

PMP Recruitment is NOW hiring full time Warehouse Operatives to work in our home furniture distribution centre in Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4GG.

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: £9.47 per hour (£11.32 per hour after bonus)
Night shift: £9.91 per hour (£11.76 per hour after bonus)
Plus you will earn £1.10 per hour based on attendance/performance bonus(paid monthly) + £0.75 bonus till the end of November for every hour worked
Premium rates paid for overtimeWarehouse Operative shift patterns:

Day shift: 06:00am until 16:00pm
Late shift: 16:30pm until 02:30am
You will be working 4 days on and 4 days offBenefits as a Warehouse Operative:

£1 bonus per hour up to £50 per week depending on hours worked
You will receive weekly pay!Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be at the heart of the customer fulfilment process, ensuring customers receive the best and most efficient service. You will be working in a friendly team environment, picking and packing customers online orders. Heavy lifting may be required.
