Customer Service Advisor
Rhyl
£18,000 to £19,000 + 28 Days Holiday + Private Pension + Onsite Parking.
12-month FTC
Mon to Fri 8AM to 4.30PM
Customer Service Advisor required for a well established automotive manufacturer. This role is initially on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave, but it has the potential to be extended. This is a great opportunity to work within a global manufacturer that can offer a lot of personal development and training.
To apply for the Customer Service Advisor role, you will need to have experience within a customer care based role and have a strong knowledge of logistics/ planning within a manufacturing/ technical environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with global customers. Those with experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX are encouraged to apply.
As the Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with customer requests & enquiries as well as orders, invoices and complaints. You will be working closer with one other customer care team member, and you will play an integral part of the order & dispatch process, communication with customers at every stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global manufacture within a fast paced environment, with the potential to extend this role into a permanent position.
The Customer Service Advisor role:
* 12 month Fixed Term Contract with potential extension.
* Work to achieve customer satisfaction at all stages of the order & dispatch process.
* Work closely with one other team member.
The Customer Service Advisor:
* Experience in a Customer Care role, within a manufacturing/ Technical environment.
* Knowledge of logistics/ planning/ production.
* Fantastic communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is desired, but not essential
