Description

Duties of the International Customer Service Representative role include:

Processing orders via SAP
Acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external customer enquiries
Liaising with manufacturing and production to ensure accurate order dates
Maintaining customer data accurately
Supporting finance with outstanding customer accounts
Support customers with product queries
Ensuring orders go out on time and in full

Profile

The successful candidate will be/have:

Fluent in French and one other language
Experience within a customer service order processing role
SAP experience
Great communication

The salary on offer is £25k - £28k per annum
