Job Title: Administration Assistant (Process and Procedure writer)
Location: Plymouth (PL6) - Homeworking in line with government advice
Start Date: Candidates must be available immediately or with 1 week notice period
Contract Type: 6 Months Temporary
Weekly Hours: 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:15pm
I am currently looking for an Admin Assistant (Process and Procedure writer) to work on a temporary basis for a client based in Plymouth. The main function of this role will be to write, review and update Quality Assurance documents, procedures, in line with ISO 9001 standard
Candidate profile
*Demonstrable experience in an administration environment.
*Experience and understanding of the requirements to be a professional minute taker at meetings of all levels.
*Experience and knowledge of requirements for confidential minute taking.
*Experience of data input to mainframe systems.
*Demonstrate Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems.
*Experience of working within a document control environment to maintain auditability of all changes to procedures and other controlled documentation
*Up to date knowledge and experience of word processing and spreadsheet packages
*A good understanding of Equal Opportunities including the nature of discrimination in employment.
*Knowledge of effective document control system to maintain high levels of control to comply with Quality Assurance standards to meet ISO 9001 accreditation.
