Job Details
This is a permanent position paying circa £30,000 - £35,000 + company benefits (depending on experience)
Commercial Assistant Responsibilities:
Work closely with the QS with a focus on cost reporting
Liasing with Subcontractors and understanding their progress
Auditing Subcontractors
Monitor budget costs against reports on spend
Maintain overall project cost and projections
Responsible for Earned Value Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly reports Commercial Assistant Experience required:
Essential:
Proven experience in a similar role
Past experience in commercial, cost control environment
Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
Full driving licence Desirable:
Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
Systems: E-Vision
