We are looking for an HR partner to support our friendly team in Rugby, CV23 0XF. You will be at the heart of delivering a great experience to our associates!
Salary: 30,000 per annum - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!
Your role as an HR Partner will be able to deliver a great associate experience and interface effectively with employees and business leaders at all levels. You will be expected to deliver quality results against challenging deadlines is paramount as is possessing excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills and the agility to function in an innovative fast-moving environment. You will be able to understand and collect data and pull reports from various HR tools ensuring data integrity through regular audits while seeking out and driving process improvements within direct area of work Your focus will be delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers.

You must have experience in an HR Administrative role, within an environment committed to customer service and continuous process improvement
Have experience working with hourly paid / shop floor employees
Be people-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate at all levels
Be able to prioritise workload, multi-task and manage conflicting priorities of daily tasks, as well as those that support the HR Business Partners
Have a hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
Have a high level of attention to detail
Preferred qualifications as an HR Partner:
Ideally CIPD qualified / part-qualified
Good IT literacy (excel, computerised HR systems e.g. PeopleSoft)
Knowledge of employment law and HR / Payroll practices would be advantageousThe successful candidate will be progressive, hands-on and customer-obsessed with the credibility and gravitas to succeed in a fast-moving and customer-focused commercial environment.
