Post Room Fulfilment Operative
* Glasgow G3
* £8.72 per hour + personal performance bonus
* Long term work until at least August 2021
* 4 shift pattern (4 on, 4 off)
* 4pm – 11pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Post Room Fulfilment Operatives to join a national print company at their Glasgow city centre facility.
The positions are offered on a long-term contract basis, potentially leading to permanent positions.
As a Postroom Fulfilment Operative:
* Working within a busy print & postal fulfilment environment
* Picking and packing of multiple components to create packages
* Working as part of a close team and have the initiative to work on your own accord
* Ensuring customer daily KPIs are met
As a Postroom Fulfilment Operative you will have the following skills and experience:
* A background in a printing or postroom environment, or a background in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment
* Flexible attitude and team player
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter
* Must be able to pass a CRB check (provided by company)
* Flexible approach to working hours
As a Postroom Fulfilment Operative you will be expected to work on a four on, four off pattern. Monday to Friday shifts are 4pm-11pm; Saturday & Sunday shifts are 4pm-10pm.
A performance bonus of up to 10% is available for hitting the required targets, based solely on your own activity.
