Assembly Operative (Automotive Industry)

We are looking to recruit a number of skilled assembly operatives to work at an industry leading car assembly site. The client is based on an industrial estate outside of Droitwich. You will need your own transport to and from site.

Immediate starts available.

The Role:

As an assembly operative you will operate injection moulding machinery, glue, foam and spray paint guns. Currently, the client is developing cockpits for new models of luxury vehicles, so production will be predominantly skewed towards assembly of cockpits.

You will need to quality assess all goods to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You may be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required

Shifts:

You must be flexible to work all rotational shift patterns including day, afternoon and night shifts, and to work compulsory overtime (up to 2 hrs per day) during the week.

Flexibility to work weekends (overtime) is also required.

You will start off by working 2x shifts – days and afternoons, with a view to go on 3x shifts as of November.

START AND FINISH:   0600 / (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) / 0600

Pay:

£9.79 – 2 shifts (rotating)

£10.57 – 3 shifts (rotating)

£13.11 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays

£17.48 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday
