Job Details

A fantastic opportunity has become available. I'm looking for an experienced caretaker or someone who is familiar with the everyday maintenance of the facilities, no day is the same within this line of work as different reactive and ppm works are needed to be done on a daily basis. Your Key Responsibilities are;

Overseeing of Sub Contractors.
Ability to work alone & as part of a team.
Have knowledge of multiple trades that contribute to the fabric of the building
Be able to contribute to other tasks such as cleaning and litter picking.
Experience working as a caretaker, maintenance engineer or within a trade
Good customer service role as the position is within an apartment block.This role will start off as a temporary position, 33 hours a week, working Monday - Friday, with possible overtime on the weekend.
