Customer Service Advisor

Are you a customer focused, resilient individual that thrives in a fast-paced Customer Service environment? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch.

If you have previous customer service, call centre, or sales experience, this is an exciting position to be considered, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

This a full time, permanent opportunity with the opportunity to earn added bonus with OTE from £20,000 - £24,000

Duties will include:

• Informing customers of all products and services available

• Advise customers on estimated costs

• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone

• Booking customers in for appointments

• To record and update information accurately

Skills and Experience needed:

• Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills

• Confident communication skills

• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure

• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character

• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
