My client is looking for a Customer service administrator ,

Provide timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager in support of the full life cycle of the sales process (sales enquiry through to post fulfilment reconciliation and close out of job in preparation for invoicing).
To provide additional administrative support to the Road Transport Planners
Experience in delivering excellent administrative support to a busy sales/operation function in a KPI driven environment
Excellent IT skills: Experienced user of full Microsoft office suite including Excel to intermediate level and ideally Sales CRM software/job booking system. Fast, accurate data entry.
Excellent self-management skills: well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, deliver under pressure to strict deadlines and work methodically, complying with procedures at all times.
Excellent written communication skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to produce emails and reports to a high standard To apply please send your cv , to (url removed)
