Role overview
The business requires a Payments clerk, responsible for providing high-level support to the team in daily operations by ensuring proper payment vitrification's in a timely manner. This opportunity requires an individual with a high attention to detail who enjoys working with important data. This job is based in West London and reports to the Financial controller.

Ability to follow Company policies and methodology.
IT literate with Excel skillsThe role:
Assure timing of payment and to resolve any payment and pricing discrepancies with a focus on providing excellent service.
Assist daily with supplier payment checks: fulfilments, refunds, discounts, money requests, Ad-hoc payments.
Providing high-level support to Team Leader in daily operations
Daily Fulfilment's income process
Compliance verification
Ensure all data is properly maintained and controlled.
Resolve DHL issues
Verify discrepancies and resolve issues
Filter and escalate queries relating to other departments by doing the handover to the appropriate department.
Ensure targets like Accuracy and Time lines are met.
Assure timing of payment and to resolve any payment and pricing discrepancies with a focus on providing excellent service.If you feel you have the relevant experience for this position then please apply within.
Assist with various processes such as reconciling, reporting and compliance requirements.
Identify and escalate problems affecting a timely resolution
Uses Excel to process, track, and monitor payments and reports.
