Do you have previous credit control experience and are looking for a new challenge?
I am delighted to be recruiting for an established business business based in Ipswich who are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. This is a permanent position within a medium sized business offering excellent benefits including competitive salary and free parking.
Duties include:
- Chasing customers regarding late payment, via telephone and letter
- Liaising internally regarding debt recovery
- Preparing monthly and weekly debtor reports
- Preparing bad debt provisions
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Allocating payments
- Posting of sales income
- Daily reconciliation of credit card payments
Who are we looking for:
- You must have at least 2 years experience within the credit control function
- You must be comfortable on the telephone and have previous experience dealing with customers
- You will be a competent user of Microsoft office - predominantly Excel & Word
- You should have good communication and time management skills
