Are you an experienced administrator with a valid Disclosure Scotland certificate or PVG and can to start work immediately? If so i would love to hear from you as we have an opportunity to join my clients based in Govan on a temporary basis. This booking will start this week so you must be available immediately.
My client support a number of areas across Glasgow and they specialise in supporting people facing some of the most complex and challenging situations they will face in their lives.
I am looking to speak to people who firstly have their disclosure Scotland certificate or a PVG along with administration experience, but also someone that has an interest in supporting a charity and people going through some challenging times, as you will be the first person to speak to them when they visit the office.
You will support with tasks such as answering calls, meet and greet any visitors to the office, processing time sheets and expenses, ordering stationary, filing, updating spreadsheets and all other ad hoc administration as and when required.
