Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sheffield Centre for an Administrator to assist the Vetting team with applications, the role will be working in a busy and fast paced environment, the roles duties include :
Providing an Administrative service, which meets HR Services specification for the appropriate process and delivers the process in accordance with the companies policies and process guidelines.
Key Role:
Ensure 100% compliance through the process or product
Effective delivery of the service or product
Ensure that service measures are captured
Ensure that service issues or failures are raised quickly and actioned
Understand and comply with legal requirements and company policies
Maintain an audit trail and data confidentiality at all times
Ensuring a complete and accurate answer to customer enquiries within the agreed timescales
Monitor, control and develop the process or product
Develop, challenge and improve ways of working
Desirable skills:
Strong attention to detail with previous Administration skills
The ability to question and analyse various data on documents
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet set targets
Able to actively engage in continuous improvement
Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and escalate where appropraite
Salary: £10.51 per hour increasing to £11.38 per hour after 12 weeks.
Monday to Friday days 8:30 - 5.30pm
The role is an immediate start and is ongoing due to increased volume in work, suitable candidates will be subject to a full vetting process
