Part-time Receptionist

Receptionist cover is required on a casual basis to cover sickness, holiday and busy periods.

This is flexible ad-hoc work that can work around hours to suit most situations, ideally suiting anyone interested in part-time hours or looking to build on your skills.

The pay rate for receptionist cover will start at £8.72 per hour.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being first point of contact to all customers/ visitors and staff

• Providing a professional and friendly service

• Dealing with queries from customers

• Answering calls and emails

• Work alongside other members of staff to ensure smooth running of the day

Key skills required:

• Must have previous reception/ administration/ secretarial experience

• Ability to prioritise work load

• Competent using Microsoft packages: Excel, Word

• Well organised with the ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

• Flexible

• Must be confident on the phone

• Must hold full UK driving licence

This position is based at one the companies sites based in Bromyard.

Applicants must have own transport to be able to get to the location.
