New Exciting Opportunity – Domiciliary Care Registered Fleet & Farnbrough area

We are looking for new registered managers to join our award winning team. You will open our next branch in one of our new Hampshire locations working alongside a passionate and committed Owner/Director.

We are an ambitious CQC registered company; BFA approved and franchising our successful model across the UK.

You must have ambition, determination, energy & drive, preferably hold a level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willing to work toward this qualification).

A full induction program will be provided with ongoing support from IHC group management.

We would like to hear from existing Registered Managers & aspiring Deputy managers

You will need a full driving licence, domiciliary care experience, and have good orgainisational & IT skills. If you want to be part of an outstanding team, looking for future career progression and not afraid of hard work, we would love to hear from you!

Interview process: 

Initially an informal chat over the telephone with our ‘Operations Director.’ Your application will be considered and if successful we will invite you along to an interview with the Franchise Owner/Director and our Operations Director.

The successful candidate will enjoy a very competitive package, a modern working environment with Up-To-Date computers inc rota/care planning systems, full ongoing support from a large and knowledgeable team including other Registered and Deputy Managers and an out of hours support line. We also have our own approved training centre.

You will recruit a team of care workers (we pay higher than average) and assist the Director in setting up a new office, engage and manage new clients and carers alike, draw up care plans and manage all aspects of care provided. All policies and procedures are prepared and kept updated by ‘Head office.’ ‘In Home Care’ training will be provided in all aspects of the business.
