Class 2 (Cat C) Driver

From 1st November until the end of January possibly longer depending on the demand. Manpower are looking for Class 2 drivers to work during our busiest time of the year!

Our client is based in Sheffield and your job will be to help move parcels and letters for one of the biggest mail centres in the country, Lifting, pulling and pushing is to be expected.

We are able to offer a wide range of shifts to suit your other commitments. So, whether you want to work, days, nights, weekends, full weeks or the odd day, we would love to hear from you.

Although you'll be primarily based in Sheffield, we're looking for individuals with a flexible, can-do attitude who will be willing to work at other sites in Bradford/York/Leeds and Doncaster on occasion.

To maintain our clients high service levels, you'll be required to follow schedules and itineraries to the letter, requiring attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

You must hold a valid Class 2 driving license and have digital tacho and CPC qualification cards. Ideally you will have at least one year's experience of driving Class 2 vehicles in the UK; however, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis following discussion. Maximum 6 points are allowed however no disqualifications

You will need to clear security checks before moving on to the next stage

All drivers regardless of length of experience will have to undergo a driving assessment with the client prior to being accepted
