Direct Sales Coordinator
Coleshill
Hours - 8:00am - 4:30pm
up to £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Our client based in Coleshill are recruiting for a Direct Sales Coordinator in this role you will be supporting the Sales team to drive sales and
establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through
effective customer relationships in both Public and Private sector Healthcare environments.
Duties:
● Managing the on-boarding of new customers through digital platforms.
● Maintaining and updating customer databases on SalesForce to capture and
analyse sales activity.
● Making outbound calls to prospective customers - business to business calls.
● Booking appointments and engaging with prospective / existing customers.
● Supporting the Sales team to deliver the sales targets.
● Analyse customer sales data, qualify prospects and determine specific actions.
● Calling, emailing, or responding to customers to follow up initial sales contacts.
● Sourcing and managing leads from business database the internet and email
campaigns.
● Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients.
● Planning targets and assisting proposal writing
● Assisting in the preparation of RFIs, RFQs & ITTs.tender documents.
● Collating, analysing and preparing business reports.
● Assisting with marketing activities.
● Preparing sales pitches.
● Organising business meetings, preparing agenda and keeping minutes.
● Associated admin support / duties as and when required.
● To assist the Operational & Sales activity as and when required.
● Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
● Ensure that associated administration is carried out on a daily basis.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
● Experience in selling in either a manufacturing or gas environment.
● Good standard of numeracy and literacy / Accurate data inputting skills.
● Experience in Digital sales platforms: (url removed) / websites / ePortals.
● Tenacious approach.
● Self-motivated attitude.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
● The ability to communicate using emails and word processing.
● Confident and friendly telephone manner.
