Based at the manufacturing site in Bradford, you will work as part of a small team and will be responsible for the
transactional procurement activities to ensure that the delivery of goods and services are provided in accordance
with purchasing and finance policies and procedures.

with purchasing and finance policies and procedures.
Description
Assist within the Procurement department responding to e-mails, answering calls, data entry and placing purchase orders.
As required assist within other Operations functions e.g. Customer Services, Costings with general administration duties.
Ensure procedures are adhered to including health and safety, PPE requirements, QA/QC requirements.
Reading and responding to e-mails from internal departments and suppliers.
Data entry: processing of orders from customers.
Processing Returns from clinics.Answering of phones.
Responding to queries.
Documentation management by means of filing and digitalizing.Profile
The Successful Applicant
* Self-starter with excellent initiative to problem solving and planning.
* Must have strong Excel skill set.
* Purchasing experience desirable, especially within a lean manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrates a good business mindset when working within teams and with senior management.
* Must be administratively strong and very organised.
* Willingness to develop and take on strong objectives.
