Our client is a leading further educational establishment and employer of choice on the outskirts of York, whose academic departments undertake ground-breaking research which challenges their students to dream big and change the world. Due to growth our client has instructed Adecco to recruit a Student Office Administrator on ongoing temporary basis.
As the Student Office Administrator your responsibilities will include;
Provide administrative support to the Student Administration team.
Manage the process of issuing and tracking student attendance.
Create templates for modular reports, assessment folders and course feedback sheets.
Email and Diary management.
Handle email and phone enquiries.
The successful Student Office Administrator will have practical experience of working within a supportive administrative role, possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan and co-ordinate their workload, be IT literate with a high competence in Excel, be passionate about building strong relationships with internal clients within the business and the wider teams, be able to work to under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This is an ongoing temporary administration role for at least 2.5 months.
37 hour working week.
Pay Rate is £10.00 to £11.00 per hour.
This role would be a mixture of working remotely and onsite.
