Manpower are looking to recruit a number of Administrators to join our client based in Glasgow City Centre.
You will join the Pensions team and be responsible for various administration tasks for the department.
The role will involve responding to written correspondence and telephone enquiries, maintaining accurate and up to date records for scheme members and mail duties. You will also be responsible for calculating benefit forecasts and pension awards using the relevant pension system calculations or manual calculation.
To succeed in this role you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good attention to detail. Experience with MS Office products and the ability to quickly learn other IT systems is essential as well as the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Our Client offers an excellent flexible working policy where you will work 37.5 hours per week, any time between Monday and Friday 7am - 7pm. With business approval, you can choose your own hours to suit you - no two days need to be the same and there is no weekend working!
Please note due to the nature of this role all applicants must be able to obtain SC security clearance, this will be applied for on their behalf by Manpower
