Class 1 Tramping - Nottingham

Pure Staff Limited are currently supporting an established leading Haulage Company in the Nottingham area.

We are looking to recruit x5 new HGV Category C+E Trampers (Class 1) for ongoing regular work.

The company is a business who have many years' experience in all types of haulage mainly specialising in general haulage.

Our customer's satisfaction and confidence is to provide expert haulage services to businesses in the UK and Europe. Pure Staff are looking to continue with this trend whereby we can offer our customer the quality of driver they required to fulfil their business need.

The Role:

As an experienced HGV Category C+E Driver you will need the following:

Candidates MUST have a Class 1, Cat C+E licence.
Will need to be comfortable with 5 or 6 day tramping tours
You must also an up to date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
6 months experience minimum
Flexible on start times
Be able to use the ratchet straps effectively
Long hours will be available
Tramping runs are available as well
Weekend work available
All long distance runs
Minimal hand ball
Curtain side, box and double deckers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Candidates must have excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a first class customer experience. You will be dealing with Amazon so any experience providing delivery, transport and logistics services to these types of companies would be highly desirable.

SALARY: Competitive + Benefits

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Sunday, around 12 Hour Shifts, weekend shifts available also and tramping runs are on offer if that is what you are after
