Our client, a worldwide brand, are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Nottingham.

The primary role of the Customer Supply Chain Assistant is to provide a full customer
service for all customers including processing orders, dealing with queries, cross-referencing
of part numbers, after sales service and promoting our products and services to support and
grow the sales of products.

Hours of work and salary:

£9.00 to £10.00 Per depending on experience
Hours of 9:00 - 13:00 or 13:00-17:00
20 Hours per weekResponsibilities:

Dealing with telephone queries
Processing of telephone/email orders
Timely resolution of customer queries recieved directly or via external sales team
Liase with external sales team , marketing , warehoues and admin to ensure consistancy of approach to customers
Promoting of special offers/incentives
Provide information/solutions as appropriate to address enquiries within accepted timescales
Provide backup assistance as and when necessary(eg holiday/sickness cover)
Ensure the franking of business mail on a daily basis
Requirements:

Have knowledge of supply chain computer systems
Strong competence in Microsoft office and execel
Positive attitude to problem solving
Customer orientated
Take ownership of customer queries
Provide information/solutions as appropriate to address enquiries within accepted timescales
Provide backup assistance as and when necessary(eg holiday/sickness cover)
Ensure the franking of business mail on a daily basis
Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels , internally and externally

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start. Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be taking place in the coming weeks.
