Pertemps Ltd require TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATOR to work from our base in Chesterfield .
All levels of commitments/ availability / experience will be considered.
The ability to communicate well to those around you
Good numerical skills – to accurately count volumes of stock and perform basic calculations
Excellent team working skills – happily supporting and assisting those around you
Focus and dedication to quality service at all times
An excellent eye for detail
A forward thinking approach – able to identify and solve problems if they arise
The ability to understand and adhere to key working procedures
Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise where needed
An understanding (and possibly experience) of how a transport / warehouse operates.
You must be prepared to work in any area of the operation as required
This role requires weekend and Bank Holiday working
Overtime working may be required.
This role requires a flexible approach both to hours and duties
Own transport is preferable
PC literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Highly motivated
