Are you an Administrator in Aylesbury looking for work?

A Tier 1 construction company is looking for an administrator with document control experience to join the team on the project. This is an admin/dc role which will give someone a great opportunity to start a career within construction and progress forward within document control. You will need to gather documentation, ensure the smooth running of the office and help out using the EDMS system. It is working on a large rail project and is imperative that you live in Aylesbury and have rail experience. There will be an admin and dcs team in which you will work with. You will be based in Aylesbury and it is an ongoing contract; the role is paying £15 to £18 PAYE.

Administration and rail experience is necessary. You MUST live in Aylesbury or of near daily commute.

Responsibilities:

Updating documents - phone, project lists, charts and schedules
Monitoring holiday and sickness reports
Office Archiving
Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
Preparation of outgoing post
Greeting visitors, carrying out visitor inductions
Arranging couriers

The ideal candidate will have:

General EDMS experience
And live in Aylesbury or the surrounding area
Excellent communication skills
Strong administration skills
Prior knowledge of Document Control
Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
