Workshop Compliance Supervisor Required in Reading

Our Client, a Large Commercial Main Dealer Group with a Dealership in the Reading area, are looking for a highly motivated Workshop Compliance Supervisor to lead their team of highly skilled HGV / LCV Technicians forward in a busy workshop, to achieve top Compliance standards and efficiency.
Located in Reading, the ideal candidate will live within the local area, or within a sensible commute!
Over the last decade they have grown and expanded massively, and in return are now busier and bigger than ever! They have a fantastic reputation throughout the Commercial Dealer network and during a period of time where everything is uncertain, the work load they have undertaken certainly isn't!!
Working closely with the Senior Management team, in charge of a team of HGV / LCV Technicians, this is a massive role perfect for someone with a strong background in the Commercial Industry as a Workshop Controller. Someone with a Senior Commercial track record in being paperwork savvy, achieving the best possible Compliance scores, ensuring MOT pass rates are at 100%, and leading a team alongside the Controller to achieve the best efficiency.
Previous Commercial Management / Controller experience is essential for this position. Our Client is looking for the best of the best to hit the ground running!
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a fantastic salary depending on experience and some great flexible working hours Monday to Friday also!
