Castle Business Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Sales Administrator for a well-established and family run business in the Scarborough area. This opportunity is with an immediate start and you will be with the business until the end of December 2020.
You will be responsible for assisting the Sales team with all aspects of administration.
The role:
Processing accurate & efficient sales orders using a variety of mediums including website, telephone and 3rd party sites
Coordinate collection and delivery using courier services
Supporting customers with queries and technical specifications as well as ensuring they receive a first class service throughoutYou will also be responsible for maintain accurate database records as well as monitoring and updating social media sites with promotional orders and offers as well as new stock lines.
Therefore, Castle Business Support are looking for anyone with Proven customer service experience along with attention to detail and previous sales order processing experience will be essential for the role.

The role offers onsite parking and is in a convenient location along with a good hourly rate and opportunity to earn overtime.
