Senior Residential Care Worker - Children and Young People - Near Dartford, Kent.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our clients residential children's home near Dartford, Kent.
Your role will be taking care of the day to day needs of 6 young people between the ages of 10-17 as any parent would, ensuring the young people feel listened to and have a voice.
You will support the young people in activities, including, swimming, football, cycling etc along with taking part yourself!
Daily report writing is a key part of this role
Successful candidates for this position will have at least two years experience of working in young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and ideally be qualified to at least Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care, Children and Young People or equivalent.

A basic salary is offered of up to £28,000.
