Account Manager
Job Details
Adecco Sunderland has an exciting opportunity to join a well-established expanding company as an Account Manager on a fixed 12-month contract based in Jarrow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers in order to build strong relationships and increase sales.
Principal Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Up sell the clients products
· Process orders
· Prepare quotations
· Work towards achieving monthly KPI's
· Maximize sales across the nation
· Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect data base (CRM)
Skills Knowledge and Experience
Previous Account Management and B2B sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
· Self-motivated and proactive.
· Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
· Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
Desirable:
· Microsoft office
· Excel
